been or will, hereafter, be taken <br />by the I-94 Challenge Committee under <br />the joint powers agreement to which the <br />City of Lake Elmo is a party. <br />(2) The approval hereby given to said plan <br />is subject to and conditioned upon the <br />frontage roads described in those plans <br />being relocated and constructed as remote <br />frontage roads now shown on said plan. <br />The City of Lake Elmo hereby acknowledges <br />that the additional right of way and con- <br />struction costs arising from this.condition. <br />and differing from said plans, reduced by <br />the value of any land donated for these <br />purposes, will be the obligation of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, per a formula which <br />must be agreed upon before final commit- <br />ment to construction of said detached <br />frontage roads. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Lake Elmo <br />Subject to the reservations and conditions aforesaid, will <br />accept ownership and maintenance responsibilities for the <br />frontage roads and bicycle trail parallel to the frontage <br />roads within the City of Lake Elmo, upon the completion of <br />their construction and transfer of title by the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />this 8th day of November, 1978. <br />ATTEST: <br />r <br />Thomas G.
