R 7S O'l <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE E LMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEES FOR DOG REGISTRATION IN <br />THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA . <br />WHEREAS, Section 1402.020 of the Municipal Code of lake Elmo requires fees <br />for dog registration must be set by Council Resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, current fees do not cover the cost of registration; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo, that the following dog registration fees are hereby established and <br />adopted <br />All dogs not in a defined kennel $5.00 per year <br />Dogs in a defined kennel $3.00 per year <br />Adopted this A.". —day of November, 1978, by the City Council, City of <br />Lake Elmo, County of Washington, State of Minnesota, on a motion by <br />seconded by <br />Vote: <br />Thomas G.
