R-78- = yta' <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF DEMONTREVILLE HIGH- <br />LANDS 5TH ADDITION. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has <br />previously considered and approved the preliminary plat of <br />DEMONTREVILLE HIGHLANDS 5TH ADDITION; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has now presented to the City a final <br />plat which conforms to the approved preliminary plat and meets <br />with the requirements of the City subdivision ordinance: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council does <br />hereby approve and accept the final plat of DEMONTREVILLE HIGH- <br />LANDS 5TH ADDITION, as is on file with the City Clerk, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />The applicant shall enter into a Development Agreement <br />as required by the City subdivision ordinance, providing <br />for the construction of all streets and related improve- <br />ments to City standards. The developers performance of <br />said Development Agreement shall be secured by security <br />bond, cash deposit, or letter of credit in a form approved <br />by the City Attorney, or such other security as may be <br />hereafter approved by the City Council. The amount of <br />said bond shall be determined by the City Engineer in <br />accordance with the provisions of the subdivision <br />ordinance. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />this j0K day of _, 1978. <br />Thomas G.
