R-78--50 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF DEMONTREVILLE <br />HIGHLANDS 6TH ADDITION. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />has previously considered and approved the preliminary plat <br />of DEMONTREVILLE HIGHLANDS 6TH ADDITION; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has now presented to the City <br />a final plat thereof which conforms to the approved preliminary <br />plat and meets with the requirements of the City's Subdivision <br />Ordinance: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council <br />does hereby approve and accept the final plat of DEMONTREVILLE <br />HIGHLANDS 6TH ADDITION, as is on file with the City Clerk, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Subject to final review and approval of the City Park <br />Planning Commission. <br />2. The applicant shall enter into a Development Agreement <br />as required by the City's Subdivision Ordinance, <br />providing for the construction of all streets and <br />related improvements to the City standards. <br />3. The Developers performance of said Development <br />Agreement shall be secured by a bond, cash deposit, <br />or letter of credit in a form to be approved by legal <br />counsel, or such other security as may be hereafter <br />approved by the City Council. The amount of said bond <br />shall be determined by the City Engineer in accordance <br />with the provisions of the Subdivision Ordinance. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />this 21st day of November, 1978 �� j <br />Thomas G.
