R-78-51 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING THE PETITION TO VALLEY BRANCH <br />WATERSHED DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo did <br />on July 5, 1978 adopt a Resolution authorizing the City to <br />petition Valley Branch Watershed District for certain improve- <br />ments, said Petition being numbered R-78-20A; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined it would <br />be more expeditious to submit two Petitions as opposed to one <br />Petition: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo as follows: <br />1. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby <br />withdraws its previously submitted Petition to Valley Branch <br />Watershed District. <br />2.
