5. Sewer Planning Reserve Fund - A reserve <br />for matching State and Federal grants; and <br />for engineering City sewer projects. <br />6. Building Construction Sinking Fund - A <br />reserve for public building remodeling <br />and/or construction <br />7. Fire Equipment Sinking Fund - A reserve <br />to accumlate Capital for replacement or <br />acquisition of Fire equipment identified <br />in the Capital plan. <br />8. Park Development Sinking Fund - A reserve <br />for equipment replacement and acquisition <br />identified in the Capital plan. <br />9 Water System Construction Reserve -- A <br />reserve for engineering and pre -assessment <br />costs for Construction of Water System <br />improvements. <br />10. Administrative Contingency Fund - A <br />reserve against Budget estimates for <br />fiscal year 1979. <br />11. Council Contingency Fund - A reserve for <br />unbudgeted emergency actions ordered by the <br />City Council. <br />12.
