R78--54 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A FIVE YEAR M. S. A. STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has been and will receive <br />municipal State Aid funds for street improvements and main- <br />tenance, and <br />WHEREAS, the Municipal Screening Committee has adopted <br />a directive that each city prepare a formal itemized five <br />year program for construction projects to utilize all exist- <br />ing and anticipated funds, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has planned for its ex- <br />penditures of M.S.A. Funds and needs to now formally adopt <br />said plan for submission to the District State Aid Engineer, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council, <br />City of Lake Elmo that the attached five year capital improve- <br />ment program - M.S.A. Street Construction dated December 12, <br />1978 is hereby adopted as the City's five year capital im- <br />provement program and that the City Engineer is hereby directed <br />to submit said plan to the appropriate official. <br />Adapted this 19th day of December, 1978. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: J/ <br />City Clerk <br />
