R-78- ! 9 RESOLUTION CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS. BE TT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, .Minnesota, as follows: 1. The City Council deems it necessary and expedient that the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, conduct certain sanitary sewer improvements, all more particularly described in accordance with the preliminary plans and specifications prepared by its consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. 2. The Council has been advised by the consulting engineers that the proposed improvements are feasible and should best be made as proposed, and the consulting engineers report to this effect has heretofore been received by the Council. 3. A public hearing will be held in the Lake Elmo Elementary School at the intersection of Lake Elmo Avenue North and Highway 212 in the City of Lake Elmo on June 20, 1978, at 7:00 o'clock P.M. to consider the improvements described in the Notice of Hearing attached hereto. 4. The nature of the improvements, the estimated cost thereof, and the area proposed to be assessed therefore, are described in the form of the Notice of Hearing attached hereto. 5. The Notice of said public hearing shall be in substantially the form of the Notice attached hereto. 6. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of said hearing to be given two publications in the official newspaper. Said publication shall be one week apart and at least three days shall elapse between the last publication and the hearing. Not less than ten (10) days before the hearing, the Clerk shall mail notice of the hearing to the owner of each parcel of land within the areas proposed to be assessed.
