R-78- <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR SUBDIVISION ON APPLICATION OF DEAN BEUTEL. <br />WHEREAS, Dean Beutel, applicant, and Edward Beutel, owner, have applied to <br />the City Council for approval of a minor subdivision under the provisions of <br />Section 905.01 of the Washington County Model Subdivision Ordinance as adopted <br />by the City of Lake Elmo for the purpose of subdividing the following described <br />tract of land into three parcels: <br />The East Three Hundred Fifteen (315.00) feet of that part of the North- <br />east Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE'k of SE'k) of Section Sixteen <br />(16), Township Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Twenty-one (21) West, which <br />lies North of the North right-of-way line of State Trunk Highway 212; <br />except the North One Hundred Twenty-five (125.00) feet thereof. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the evidence presented by the <br />applicant, the recommendations of the City Staff and the recommendations of the <br />City Planning Commission with respect to said application: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo finds: <br />1. The above described land is situated in a locality where the conditions <br />are well defined, in that there is already one home constructed on said <br />tract of land and land immediately to the East and North of said tract <br />is, or will be, developed into one acre residential lots. <br />2. That the proposed minor subdivision would result in two new lots <br />which will not be in violation of the size, frontage, or other lot <br />requirements of the City's Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances; the third <br />- parcel will be added to an already existing lot and will, also, meet <br />the standards of zoning and subdivision ordinances. <br />3. The proposed minor subdivision meets the requirements of said Section <br />905.01 of the Model Subdivision Ordinance. <br />IT IS, ACCORDINGLY, FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said application for minor <br />subdivision approval be, and the same hereby is granted, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Said subdivision shall be in accordance with the application and plans <br />on file with the City Clerk. <br />
