R-78-25 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING STORM DRAINAGE PLAN FOR TRI-LAKES <br />DISTRICT - SUBDISTRICT NL-15. <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer at the direction of the City Council <br />has prepared a storm water drainage plan for the Tri-Lakes District <br />Subdistrict HL-15, and; <br />WHEREAS, the drainage plan for said subdistrict was prepared <br />in order that the City Council might review the storm water drainage <br />plan prepared by the City Engineer for the proposed plat of FOX FIRE <br />ESTATES and SPRINGBORN GREEN ACRES ADDITION; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the plans so prepared <br />by the City Engineer: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Lake Elmo that the storm drainage plan prepared by the City <br />Engineer for the TRI-LAKES DISTRICT - SUBDISTRICT HL-15 be and the <br />same is hereby approved. Said plan shall hereafter be used as the <br />base plan for designing storm water drainage plans for particular <br />developments within the said TRI-LAKES DISTRICT. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that hereafter, until further order <br />of the City Council, storm water drainage plans for plats and other <br />developments or subdivisions within the said TRI•-LAKES DISTRICT <br />shall be designed to conform to the District Plan hereby adopted. <br />As any such plans for plats, subdivisions or other developments <br />within the said TRI-LAKES DISTRICT are approved by this Council, <br />they shall become part of the District Drainage Plan. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 1st. day of Aug:, 1978. <br />:J ck,`., <br />"homas G.
