R-79- 52 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY', MINNESOd'A <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF A REPORT ON 1980 <br />STATI's AID IMPROVEMENTS <br />WIIEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets <br />located within the City of Lake Elmo, to -wit: <br />1. 45th Street from Jane Road North to ;Julep Avenue; <br />2.. to Julep Avenue from 45th Street: to 47th Street; <br />.3. 47th Street from Julep Avenue to Keats Avenue; and <br />4. Keats Avenue :from 47th Street to Trunk Highway 36 <br />and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of <br />the cost_ of the proposed improvements, pursuant. to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429: <br />NOW, TI3EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. The proposed improvements be referred to the City <br />Engineer for study 'and the City Engineer is instructed to report <br />to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council <br />in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements are <br />feasible and as to whether they should best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated <br />costs of the improvements as recommended. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />this 20th day of November, 1979. <br />TFiomas G.
