R79-10 <br />1 RESOLUTION <br />CITY OP LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION COMMENDING JANET SOVEREIGN <br />FOR SERVICE TO THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO AS <br />A MEMBER OF THE PLANNING -;ZONING COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, Janet Sovereign, served the City of Lake Elmo <br />as a member of the Planning -Zoning Commission from 1973 to <br />1978, and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />wishes to express its appreciation for her untiring efforts <br />on behalf of. the City of Lake Elmo; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of, <br />the City of Lake Elmo; <br />THAT, Janet Sovereign be and is hereby commended for her <br />effort on behalf of the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />THAT, this City Council award a "Certificate of Appreciation" <br />to Janet Sovereign for her devotion to the concerns of the City <br />from 1973 to 1978. <br />Adopted this the 16th day of January, 1979, by the City Council, <br />City of Lake Elmo. <br />TI 0 S . �ARRMSTR Nam`, <br />ATTEST: <br />LAU ENCE E.
