R79-5 <br />(4) The approval hereby given to said plan <br />is subject to and conditioned upon the bicycle <br />trail described in those plans being relocated <br />and constructed within the State right-of-way <br />or along an arterial highway of the Cit_y's <br />choosing, or being eliminated in Lake Elmo. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Lake Elmo, <br />subject to the reservations and conditions aforesaid, will <br />accept ownership and maintenance responsibilities for the <br />frontage roads and bicycle trail within the City of Lake Elmo, <br />upon the completion of their construction and transfer of <br />title by the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this <br />16th. day of January, 1979. <br />THOMAS G.
