ETA <br />CITY OR COUNTY OF <br />ENTERED <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />BE IT RESOLVED, That pursuant to Section 161.39, Subdivision 1 <br />through 6, Minnesota Statutes, 1978, the City Engineer <br />for and on behalf of the City of Lake Elmo <br />is hereby authorized to request and obtain from the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation, needed engineering and technical <br />services for which payment will be made by the City upon receipt <br />of verified claims from the Commissioner of Transportation. <br />This authority is to remain effective until recinded by either <br />party. <br />12gms G Armstrona.Mayor <br />T omI" G.
