R- 79- 25 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO ROBERT A. STEINDORFF. <br />WHEREAS, Robert A. Steindorff has made application from <br />the provisions of the City Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances to <br />permit construction of a single famioy residential dwelling on <br />the following described real estate located in the City of Lake <br />Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota: <br />All that part of Government Lot 1, Section 24, Township <br />29, Range 21, described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at <br />a point on the North line of said Section, said point <br />being 773.5 feet West of the Northwest corner of the <br />Northeast Quarter (NE4) of said section; running thence <br />South on a line parallel with the North and South quarter <br />section line of said section 1320 feet; thence East 373.5 <br />feet; thence North on a line parallel with said North and <br />South quarter section line 1320 feet to its intersection with <br />said North line of said Section; thence West along the <br />North line of said section 373.5 feet to the point of <br />beginning, containing 11.07 acres, more or less; subject <br />to the rights of the public to use the public highway that <br />now exists over and across the North 33 feet of said tract. <br />Except therefrom the following described tract, to -wit: <br />The West 334 feet of the East 753.5 feet of the North <br />262.05 feet of said Government Lot 1. <br />The area of this tract is 9.29 acres, more or less. <br />Subject to a roadway easement over the .west 20.00 feet <br />thereof. <br />Also, subject to a roadway easement over the east 19.50 <br />feet of the north 262.05 feet thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that a variance is necessary since <br />the above -described real estate does not meet the minimum requirement <br />of 125 feet of frontage on a public street; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the above -described land became <br />a separate'parcel of record on December 6, 1962 by reason of an <br />instrument of conveyance recorded in Book 253 of Deeds, page 135; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the subdivision of said land into <br />a separate parcel on or before December 6, 1962, was permitted by <br />
