R79-19 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING JANE ROAD NORTH <br />WHEREAS, there is a certain public road in the City of <br />Lake Elmo, which has neither been established by plat or by <br />dedication as a public road, but has become public by virtue <br />of use and public maintenance for a period in excess of six <br />(6) years, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sec. 160,05, and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the public interest that the existence <br />of this road as a public road be made a matter of public <br />record, <br />NOW, THCREFORR,.BE IT RESOLVED, that thg following <br />described roadway, commonly known as Jane Road North, is <br />acknowledged to be a public road. <br />A. public road 66 feet in width, the Southerly and <br />Westerly line of which is described as follows; <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot One (1) <br />of Bersrhens Shores, according to the plat thereof <br />on file and of record in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Washington County, Minnesota, which <br />point of beginning is also on the West line of <br />Government Lot Two (2), Section Ten (10), Township <br />Twenty-nine (29) North; Range Twenty-one (21) West, <br />Washington County, Minnesota; thence Southeasterly <br />and Southerly along the Northerly and Easterly lines <br />of. Lots One (1) through Eighteen (18) of said plat <br />of Berschens Shores to the junction with Jane Road <br />North and there terminating. <br />Adopt this the 12th day of March, 1979 <br />hommas G.
