R79-17 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />( WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING LIMITED PARKING <br />ON LAKE ELMO AVENUE, C.S.A.H. 17. <br />WHEREAS, there is limited parking space available in <br />the Lake Elmo Shopping Area; and, <br />WHEREAS, parking for essential services is sometimes <br />unavailable because of extended hour parking by non -shoppers <br />on Lake Elmo Avenue; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of. <br />the City of Lake Elmo that: <br />1, That the City of Lake Elmo request Washington <br />County approved limited parking on Lake Elmo <br />Avenue to wit: <br />A. 15 minute parking in front of the w <br />U.S, Post office, and, 3,(0'�� <br />B. One hour parking on the balance of east sideY <br />Lake Elmo Avenue from Upper. 33rd. St. <br />to 35th. Street North, <br />2.
