ARTICLE TWO <br />TAX EXEMPT NOTE <br />2-1. Authorized Amount and Form of Tax Exempt Note. <br />The Tax Exempt Note issued pursuant to this Resolu- <br />tion shall be in substantially the form set forth herein, with <br />such appropriate variations, omissions and insertions as are <br />permitted or required by this Resolution, and in accordance <br />with the further provisions of this Article; and the total <br />principal amount of the Tax Exempt Note that may be outstand- <br />ing hereunder is expressly limited to $820,000 unless a <br />duplicate Tax Exempt Note is issued pursuant to Section 2-7. <br />Said Tax Exempt Note shall be in substantially the following <br />form: <br />
