Subject to <br />County Road No. 17 and other easements of record, <br />if any. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that a rezoning is necessary since <br />the above -described real estate is presently zoned R-3 <br />(Mobile Home Park), and the proposed use is permitted only <br />in GB (General Business) districts; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears the above -described land was not at <br />the time of the application a separately described parcel of <br />record; and <br />WHEREAS, there does not appear to be any reason related <br />to the public health, safety and welfare which would require <br />a denial of said rezoning and simple lot subdivision for said <br />property; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission considered the <br />proposed rezoning and simple lot division on JanuaVy 14, 1980, <br />and recommended the approval thereof subject to certain <br />conditions hereinafter set forth: <br />- 2 - <br />
