Y <br />a*s <br />said north line, a distance of 4.62 feet to the <br />northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the North- <br />east Quarter of said Section 4; thence continue <br />North 88 degrees, 25 minutes, 35 seconds Fast, along <br />said north line, a distance of 898.55 feet to the <br />point of beginning, containing 7.14 acres, more or less. <br />Subject to a 30 foot wide permanent road easement <br />adjoining the southerly, southwesterly, and westerly <br />lines of said tract as described in Document No. 387380. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that a rezoning is necessary since <br />the above -described real estate is presently zoned A (Agriculture) <br />and the proposed use is permitted only in R-1 (single family <br />residential) districts; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears the above -described land was not <br />at the time of the application a separately described parcel <br />of record; and <br />WHEREAS, there does not appear to be any reason related <br />to the public health, safety and welfare which would require <br />a denial of said rezoning and minor subdivision for said <br />property; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission considered the <br />proposed rezoning and minor subdivision on reb.ruary� 25 , 1980 <br />and recommended the approval thereof; <br />NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo as follows: <br />1. The application of Howard Springborn for a rezoning <br />and minor subdivision is, hereby granted. <br />Adopted by the City Council. of the City of Lake Elmo this <br />4th day of March, 1.980. <br />Thomas G.
