RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF 15TH STREET NORTH. <br />WHEREAS, the County of Washington has submitted to the <br />City of Lake Elmo a Petition praying for the vacation of <br />a portion of a public street in said City legally described <br />as follows, to -wit: <br />That part of 15th. Street North, commencing <br />at the West Quarter Corner of said Section 27; <br />thence North 89 degrees 11 minutes 48 seconds <br />East (Bearing based on the Washington County <br />Coordinate System South Zone) along the East - <br />West quarter section line of said Section 27 <br />for 1761.70 feet to the point of beginning of <br />that part of 15th Street North to be vacated, <br />said point of beginning also being a point in <br />the center line of 15th Street North; thence <br />continuing in an easterly direction along the <br />traveled center line of said 15th Street North <br />to a point where said traveled center line inter- <br />sects the North line of said Government Lot 4 <br />and said Vacation there terminating, The north- <br />erly right-of-way line of said 15th Street North <br />to be vacated is to terminate at the North line <br />of Government Lot 4 and the southerly right-of- <br />way line is to terminate at a point of inter- <br />section with a line described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said <br />Government Lot 4, thence South 89 degrees 11 <br />minutes 48 seconds West along the North line <br />of Government Lot 4 for 788.5 feet; thence South <br />0 degrees 48 minutes12 seconds East to the <br />intersection with the Southerly line of said <br />15th Street North and said line there terminating. <br />WHEREAS, said Petition came on for hearing before said <br />City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on Tuesday, <br />October 21, 1980, pursuant to Notice thereof published and <br />posted as required by law; and <br />
