LAKE 'ELMO CITY COUNCIL MEETING, OCTOBER 7, 1980 <br />-7- <br />ENGINEPR'S REPORT: A. Foxfire Bond - 'The permanent; easements for the Foxfire <br />monuments have been secured; and the Engineer recommends releasing the remaining <br />developer's bond. <br />Armstrong moved, seconded by Pott, to adopt 13 80-58, a resolution releasing <br />the remaining developer's bond for Poxfire Estates, accepting the entry <br />monuments, and accepting the deeds. Motion carried 5-0, <br />B. Derrick Bond - Not ready <br />C. Jamaca Gate - The Engineer recommended the gate be 12 .ft. wide to allow the <br />City grader, plow, and fire trucks accessibility. The Council agreed with <br />the recommendation. <br />PARK BUSINESS: A. Cub Football - District 834 - District 834 has requested the <br />use of Lions Park three days a week. The Council had no objection to the days <br />or the times and agreed to waive the rental and clean-up fees. <br />B. Sunfish Park Security Light - The Council directed the Administrator to <br />notify NSP to,,,install a security light at the Sunfish Park entry gate. <br />C. Methane Gas - Morgan reported that funds are available to explore the use of <br />methane gas as fuel.
