NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF VACATION PROCEEDINGS <br />TO: T. R. GREEDER, AUDITOR, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />This is to notify you that the City of Lake Elmo has <br />completed the vacation of that certain public street in the <br />City of Lake Elmo described as follows, to --wit: <br />The Southerly Six (6) feet of 35th Street North, lying <br />adjacent to and immediately Northerly of the.fo.11owing <br />described parcel: <br />All that part of Section 13, Township 29, Range 21 West, <br />described as follows, to --wit: <br />Beginning at a point on the West side of the highway <br />324.69 feet (recorded as 321.85 feet) North of the Northeast <br />corner of Block 2 of Elmo Park; running thence West 17 degrees <br />18 minutes South 196.55 feet; thence North 1.7 degrees 18 <br />minutes West 50 feet; thence East 17 degrees 18 minutes North <br />212.12 feet to the highway; thence South along said highway <br />52.37 feet to the place of beginning, said premises being <br />located in the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />said Section 13. <br />Also described as: <br />Lot 13, and the northerly 2.00 feet of the easterly <br />50.00 feet of Lot 11, as measured at right angles to the <br />northerly and easterly lot lines, and the southerly 48.00 <br />feet of the easterly 50.00 feet of Lot 10, as measured at . <br />right angles to the southerly and easterly lot lines, all in <br />County Auditor's Plat No. 8, according to the plat thereof <br />on file and of record in the Office of the County Recorder <br />in and for Washington County, Minnesota. <br />The vacation having been completed on the 3rd day of June, 1980, <br />at which time a Resolution of vacation was adopted by the City <br />Council. <br />This Notice is sent to you pursuant to the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes Section 412.851. <br />Dated:-- A� o- <br />Laurence Whittaker <br />City Administrator <br />
