R80-27 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF PRELrITNARY PLAT <br />APPROVAL FOR MIDLAND MEADOWS <br />WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat of Midland Meadows was approved <br />by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo on. December 11, 1979; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 401.240 G. required the Subdivider to submit <br />a Final Plat within 180 days of the approval of the Preliminary Plat; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 401 of the City Code provides that City Council <br />may grant an extension of Preliminary Plat approval upon the request <br />of the Subdivider; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Subdivider has request a one year: extension .for the <br />approval of the Preliminary Plat because the current economy makes <br />development of the property very difficult; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Lake Elmo that: <br />The Preliminary Plat approval of Midland Meadows is extended for <br />one year from May 6, 1980, within which time the Subdivider will be <br />required to submit a Final Plat. <br />ADOPTED, this the 6th. day of May, 1980, by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota <br />Thomas G.
