R 80-18 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ENGINEERING STANDARDS FOR <br />THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO. <br />WHEREAS, required improvements are often designed and <br />constructed by parties other than the City of Lake Elmo under <br />the -.City Engineer; and, <br />WHEREAS, those preparing plans and specifications for <br />said projects seek the guidance and counsel of the City <br />Engineer with respect to the design standards for said improvement; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, there is desire on the part of the City Council, <br />City Engineer, and staff to clearly define the policy with <br />respect to Engineering Standards for the design, specification <br />and construction of said public improvements, and such other <br />improvements as are required by City Ordinance and policy, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo that: <br />The ENGINEERING STANDARDS of the City of Lake Elmo dated <br />April, 1980, are hereby adopted as the Engineering Standards <br />for the design, specification and construction of public <br />improvements and such other improvements as are regdired by <br />City ordinance or policy, in the City of Lake Elmo. <br />ADOPTED THIS THE lst day of April, 1980, by the City <br />Council, City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />SIGNED: <br />-;hom�sG�.rmstrong Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Laurence E.
