R-80-15 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE <br />3M CLUB AT TARTAN PARK. <br />!gHERFAS, the 3M Club at Tartan nark has applied to the <br />City of Lake Elmo for a Conditional Use Permit for on --sale <br />intoxicating liquor sales in the club rooms at 11455 - 20th Street <br />North in. said City; and <br />WHEREAS, there does not appear to be any reason related <br />to the public health, safety and welfare which would require <br />a denial of the granting of said Conditional Use Permit for <br />said property; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission considered the <br />proposed Conditional Use Permit on March 10, 1980 and recommended <br />approval thereof; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo as follows: <br />1. The application of 3M Club Tartan Park for a Conditional <br />Use Permit is hereby granted. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />this 18 day of March, 1980. <br />Thomas G.
