R80-13A <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION REQUIRING PARALLEL PARKING ON <br />COUNTY ROAD 6 <br />WHEREAS, the County of Washington has submitted <br />to the Commissioner of Transportation the plans and speci- <br />fications for the improvement of C.S.A.H. 6 from I-694 to <br />T.H. 212; and, <br />WHEREAS, state -aid funds will be expended on the <br />improvement of said street; and, <br />WHEREAS, the approved state -aid standards, for <br />reasons of traffic safety and economy, limit and restrict <br />all parking to that which is parallel with the curb. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of <br />Lake Elmo shall require that the parking of all vehicles <br />within the corporate limits on said County State -Aid 6 <br />be parallel with the curb in accordance with the State - <br />Aid Standards <br />ADOPTED, this the 4th day of March, 1980, by the City <br />Council, City of Lake Elmo. <br />SIG ED: <br />3'hOM S G, rmstrong, Mayo�,r <br />ATTEST: <br />Laurence E.Whittaker <br />City Administrator <br />
