RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION REDUCING THE DEVELOPER'S PERFORMANCE BOND <br />AND EXTENDING THE TIME OF COMPLETION FOR THE PLAT OF <br />EDEN PARK 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the developers of Eden Park 2nd Addition have <br />completed a substantial amount of the improvements required for <br />final approval by the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the developers now have been unable to complete <br />the project on its original completion date: <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo as follows, to -wit: <br />1. The developer's performance bond for the developer of <br />the plat of Eden Park 2nd Addition may now be reduced to the sum <br />of. $11,000.00. <br />2.
