R-80- <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION R-78-28. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />did on September 5, 1978, adopt a Resolution providing for <br />vacation of a street in the plat of Tablyn Park known as <br />Ridgeway Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, said Resolution was conditioned upon the <br />owners of the property abutting on said street each paying <br />a proportion of the costs of said vacation proceeding; and <br />WHEREAS, although the City has requested such payment <br />from all of said owners that payment has not been forthcoming <br />from all of said persons. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Lake Elmo <br />that: <br />1. Resolution R-78-28 be, and the same hereby is, <br />rescinded. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />this day of , 19 80 . <br />Thomas G.
