R-80 -7 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SIMPLE LOT DIVISION AND REZONING <br />FOR CIMARRON <br />WHEREAS, Cimarron, a Minnesota limited partnership, and <br />Cimarron Park, a Minnesota limited partnership, have made an <br />application to the City of Lake Elmo for a rezoning and simple <br />lot division on the following described real estate located in <br />the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota, legally <br />described as follows, to -wit: <br />Tract 1.
