F.R� <br />9 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DISTRIBUTION OF THE <br />COUNTY EMS SUBSIDY AND DESIGNATING THE CITY <br />OF STILLWATER AS RECEIVING GOVERNING BODY TO <br />DISTRIBUTE SAME. <br />WHEREAS, the Washington County Board of Commissioners <br />have provided $15,622 for distribution to the Emergency Ser- <br />vice Area comprised of the communities that are a party of <br />this resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, Washington County required that the commun- <br />ities comprising the Emergency Service Area do agree to an <br />equitable distribution of this subsidy; <br />WHEREAS, the Emergency Service Area is comprised of <br />the followinq communities: <br />City of Stillwater <br />City of Oak Park Heights <br />City of Bayport <br />City of Lake Elmo <br />West Lakeland Township <br />Stillwater Township <br />Grant Township <br />Baytown Township <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Lake Elmp <br />that the sum of $15,622 be distributed to the Stillwater Rescue, <br />Lake Elmo Rescue, Bayport Rescue and the Stillwater Ambulance <br />Service on a pro-rata basis in 1980 based upon the number of <br />runs by each service during the year 1979; <br />That the City of Stillwater is hereby designated as the <br />receiving government body for these county funds and shall be <br />obligated to make distribution to the respective services pur- <br />suant to this resolution; <br />That the City of Stillwater submit a year-end report to <br />the Washington County's Community Health Services office by <br />February 15, 1981 showing the manner in which the 515,622 was <br />distributed to each service provider; <br />
