The City Engineer is further instructed to determine <br />any possible damage that may be caused downstream as a result <br />of this pumping project through the Town of West Lakeland and <br />in the event said pumping appears to be causing problems, a <br />special meeting will be called between the City of Lake Elmo, <br />the Valley Branch Watershed District and the Town of West <br />Lakeland and concerned residents so that a decision can be <br />made at that time as to whether the pumping should be continued. <br />7.
