' $ 1 RESOLUTION CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION -ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR MSA PROJECT NO. 1, AND ORDERING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Labe Elmo, after notice duly given in accordance with chapter 429 of the Minnesota Statures, held a public hearing on ray 6, 1980, and continued it to May 20, 1980, to consider the construction of the following street improvements, 45th Street North from Jane Road North to Julep Avenue North, Julep Avenue North from 45th Street North to 47th Street North, and 47th Street North from Julep Avenue North to Keats Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council that it would be in the best interest of the City and of the property adjacent to said streets to proceed with said improvements; and, WHERE -AS, the final plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer meet the requirements set forth by the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington, County, 7innesota, that. The plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer for such improvements, copy of which plans and specifications are attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved and shall be filed with the City Administrator; and, The City Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official newspaper and in the Construction Bulletin an advert tisement for bids upon the malting of such improvements under such approved plans and specifications; and, The advertisement shall be published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the City Council at 10 o'clock a.m, on July 25th, 198.0.
