•* • <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF <br />APPROPRIATED RESERVES TO THE GENERAL FUND <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />appropriated the reserve funds of the City by Resolution <br />78-53A, December 19, 1978; and <br />WHEREAS, such reserves are appropriated to meet <br />the needs of the capital improvement program and emer- <br />gency needs; and, <br />WHEREAS, the culvert under 15th. Street is contin- <br />uously washing out because it is too small to handle <br />the volume of run-off generated by recent storms; and <br />44 feet of 24 inch culvert are needed to supplement the <br />existing culvert under 15th. streets; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota, <br />that: <br />The City Administrator is authorized to transfer <br />$666.81 for 44 feet of 24 inch culvert and appertanances <br />from the Emergency Road Maintenance and Road Construction <br />Reserve to the General Fund. <br />ADOPTED, this the 17th. day of June,198O, by the <br />City Council, City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, <br />Minnesota. <br />r SIGNED: <br />omas G.
