-80- 34 A <br />RI SOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE EL1,10 <br />I'MSIiINGTON COUNTY, ]1INNE50TA <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEM1,ENTS AND DIRECTING THE <br />CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR MSA PROJECT NO. 1. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Talmo, after <br />notice duly given in accordance with Chapter 429 of the Minnesota <br />Statutes, held a public hearing on May G, 1980, and continued it to <br />Ilay 20, 1980, to consider the construction of the following street <br />improvements, 45th Street North from Jane Load North to Julep Avenue <br />Forth, Julep Avenue North from 45th Street North to 47th Street North, <br />and. 47th Street north from Julep Avenue north to Keats Avenue North; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the Cite Council that it would be in <br />the best interest of the City and of the property adjacent to said <br />streets to proceed with said improvements: <br />NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, �,,,Tashington County 'Tinnesota, that-, <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered to the following <br />extent: grading, gravel base construction, and bituminous surfacing <br />of 45th Street North from Jane Road North to Julep Avenue North, <br />Julep Avenue Forth from 45th Street I',7orth to 47th Street North, and <br />47th Street North from Julep Avenue North to Feats Avenue North, to <br />be known as iISA Project No. 1; and, <br />2. The Engineer is hereby ordered to prepare final plans and <br />specifications for such improvements. <br />ADOPTED, this the 3rd clay of June, 1930 by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, 'Iinnesota. <br />S IGNED : <br />ATTEST: Thomas G.
