R81- 16 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THI: FEES FOR LICENSES <br />AND PERMITS REQUIRED BY THE 1979 MUNICIPAL CODE. <br />OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council. of the City of Lake Elmo <br />adopted the 1979 Municipal Code of Lake Elmo, October 2, <br />1979; and <br />WHEREAS, the 1979 Municiple Code of Lake Elmo requires <br />certain fees for licenses, permits and registrations be <br />established from time to time by Resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, certain fees no longer cover the City ex- <br />penses for processing the license or permit application; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo that:. <br />1. The Dog registration fees be as follows: <br />a. All dogs not in kennel - $6.00 biennial <br />b. All dogs in kennel - $5.00 biennial <br />c. Neutered dog - $5.00 <br />2. <br />The <br />annual license fee for Bingo shall be $10.00 <br />3. <br />Licenses for certain occupations shall be $25.00 <br />4. <br />The <br />fee for a permit to operate an outdoor target <br />range shall <br />be <br />Conditional Use Permit fee. <br />5. <br />Liquor license fees shall be as follows: <br />a. <br />On -Sale intoxicating liquor - $1,000.00 <br />b. <br />Club On -Sale intoxicating liquor -• $1.00.00 <br />c. <br />On -Sale Sunday intoxicating liquor - $200.00 <br />d. <br />Off -Sale intoxicating liquor - $100.00 <br />e. <br />On -Sale non -intoxicating malt liquor - $100,00 <br />f. <br />Off -Sale non -intoxicating malt liquor - $100.00 <br />g. <br />Transfer of liquor license - $100.00 <br />h. <br />Special permits - $10.00 <br />i. <br />Temporary non -intoxicating malt - $10.00 <br />6. <br />The <br />fees required by Section 502, Building Code <br />fees, shall <br />be: <br />a. <br />Building Permits -as per. table 3-A 1976 Uniform <br />Building Code with a minimum fee of $10.00. <br />b. <br />Plan Check --as per table 107-A 1980 State Build- <br />ing Code --Exceptions: 1. Group R. Div. 3 to be <br />20% of Permit Fee 2. Group M, Div. 1 and <br />Additions/Alterations no. Plan Check fee required <br />c. <br />Plumbing Permits: 1. Group R, Div. 3 <br />a. New Construction-$30.00 <br />b. Additions/Alterations- <br />$10.00 <br />2. All Other <br />a. New Construction-$60.00 <br />
