LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 21, 1981 <br />WE <br />G. Licenses - Morgan moved, seconded by Novak, to approve the <br />following it cense: Tom Rose, Excavating and Sewer licenses, Box 21, <br />Afton. Motion carried 4-0. The Administrator notified the Council <br />that Bill Marty, sewer pumper, is again operating without a license; <br />and that the City will most likely prosecute. <br />H. Conservency Regulations - The Administrator reported that the <br />Plann ng Commission will hold a hearing on the Conservency <br />Regulations May 11. Any Council comments should be forwarded <br />to the PZC before the hearing. <br />I. Metropolitan Governance Bill - The Council had no comments. <br />J. Police Contract - <br />Mottaz moved, seconded by Novak, to approve the Police Contract, <br />subject to review by the City Attorney. Motion carried 4-0. <br />K. Demontreville Lake Access - Tabled until May 5. <br />L. Ried Park/Cif Office Site - The Administrator reported that <br />Reid Park connot be used for the City office unless the City <br />replaces it with property of equal dollar and recreational value. <br />Sunfish Park/Office Site - Morgan was unaware he was to contact <br />Lehart Friedrich a out a-1and exchange for the City Office in <br />Sunfish Park. The Council agreed it was not interested in doing so. <br />M. Sewer Bond Payments - The Administrator reported that this was <br />the annual payment on the last claims list but the interest is <br />paid twice a year. <br />N. Hockey Boards - All the materials are at the Landfill building. <br />0. May 5 Meeting - Novak moved, seconded by Mottaz, to start the <br />May 5 meeting at 5 p.m. Motion carried 4-0. <br />P. Mileage Rate - Mottaz moved, seconded by Morgan, to set the <br />mileage rate at-.20�-per mile.
