LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL APRIL 21, 1981 WE G. Licenses - Morgan moved, seconded by Novak, to approve the following it cense: Tom Rose, Excavating and Sewer licenses, Box 21, Afton. Motion carried 4-0. The Administrator notified the Council that Bill Marty, sewer pumper, is again operating without a license; and that the City will most likely prosecute. H. Conservency Regulations - The Administrator reported that the Plann ng Commission will hold a hearing on the Conservency Regulations May 11. Any Council comments should be forwarded to the PZC before the hearing. I. Metropolitan Governance Bill - The Council had no comments. J. Police Contract - Mottaz moved, seconded by Novak, to approve the Police Contract, subject to review by the City Attorney. Motion carried 4-0. K. Demontreville Lake Access - Tabled until May 5. L. Ried Park/Cif Office Site - The Administrator reported that Reid Park connot be used for the City office unless the City replaces it with property of equal dollar and recreational value. Sunfish Park/Office Site - Morgan was unaware he was to contact Lehart Friedrich a out a-1and exchange for the City Office in Sunfish Park. The Council agreed it was not interested in doing so. M. Sewer Bond Payments - The Administrator reported that this was the annual payment on the last claims list but the interest is paid twice a year. N. Hockey Boards - All the materials are at the Landfill building. 0. May 5 Meeting - Novak moved, seconded by Mottaz, to start the May 5 meeting at 5 p.m. Motion carried 4-0. P. Mileage Rate - Mottaz moved, seconded by Morgan, to set the mileage rate at-.20�-per mile. Motion carried 4-0.
