It-81.-63 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION COMMENDING ROBERT WIER AND <br />KENNETH CARROLL FOR THEIR EXTRAORDINARY <br />EFFORTS IN THE ABSENCE OF A MAINTENANCE <br />FOREMAN <br />WHEREAS, the resignation and retirement of <br />Elmer Richert effective August 1, 1981, left the City <br />without a Maintenance Foreman and the Maintenance Crew <br />one man short for over six weeks; and, <br />WHEREAS, Robert Wier and Kenneth Carroll did an <br />outstanding job of keeping up with the normal work load <br />under difficult circumstances; and, <br />WHEREAS, Robert Wier and Kenneth Carroll organ- <br />ized the work, managed their time, kept up supplies and <br />work orders, and kept the City Administrator informed of <br />their needs and progress without the aid of a Foreman; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the staff and the City Council greatly <br />appreciate these efforts <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />THAT, ROBERT WIER is hereby commended and praised <br />for his extraordinacy efforts on behalf of the citizens of <br />the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />THAT, KENNETH CARROLL is hereby commended and praised <br />for his extraordinary efforts on behalf of the citizens of <br />the City of Lake Elmo, <br />ADOPTED this the 15th, day of September, 1981, by <br />the City Council. of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, <br />Minnesota, <br />SIGNED: <br />Maynard L.
