R-81-72 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR GEORGE <br />HEDGES. <br />WHEREAS, George Hedges has made application to the City <br />of Lake Elmo for a minor subdivision of the following -- <br />described real estate located in the City of Lake Elmo, <br />Washington County, Minnesota, and legally described as <br />follows: <br />That part of Government Lots 3 and 6 of Section 9, <br />Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, <br />Minnesota described as follows: <br />Beginning at Judicial Landmark No. 5 (a 2-1/2" brass <br />cap set in concrete inside a 3-1/2 inch iron pipe), <br />as established in Torrens case No. 334, which is <br />on the south line of Lot 14 of DACE ACRES SECOND ADDITION <br />according to the plat of record in the Office of <br />the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota; <br />thence West, orientation of assumed bearing system, <br />along the south line of said Lot 14 a distance of <br />170.3 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 14; <br />thence continue West along the south line of Lot 13 <br />of said OACE ACRES SECOND ADDITION 304.2 feet to the <br />southwest corner of said Lot 13; thence South 70.00 <br />feet; thence East parallel with the south line of said <br />OACE ACRES SECOND ADDITION 398 feet, more or less to <br />the shoreline of Lake Jane; thence northeasterly along <br />said shoreline 105 feet, more or less, to the south <br />line of. said Lot 14; thence West along said south line <br />2.0 feet, more or less to the point of beginning, <br />containing 0.56 acres, more or less; <br />WHEREAS, it appears the above -described land was not at <br />the time of the application a separately -described parcel of <br />record; and <br />WHEREAS, there does not appear to be any reason relating <br />
