RESOLUTION CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIMPLE LOT DIVISION FOR CARL AND DAN OLINGER , WHEREAS, Carl and Dan Olinger are the owners of the following described parcel in the. -City of Lake Elmo, legally described as follows, to -wit: That part of the,East 186.00 feet of the West 405.00 feet of Government Lot 5 of Section 10, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota lying northerly of the South 1711.82 feet thereof, as measured at a right angle to the south line of said Government Lot 5, containing 1.97 acres, more or less. Subject to a 66.00 wide. -road easement over that part of the above described -tract lying 33.00 feet each side of the following described center line: t _ Commencing at the southwest corner of.said Govern- ment Lot 5; thence North 01 degree 42 minutes 37 seconds West, bearing oriented to the Washington County Coordinate System, South Zone, along the west line of said Government Lot 5 a distance of 1943.00 feet to the center line of Lake Jane Trail as presently traveled and the point of beginning; thence North 82 degrees 06 minutes 53 seconds East along said center line 218.31 feet; thence easterly along said center line and a tangential curve, concave to the south, having a radius of 3926.21 feet and a central angle of 02 degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds, a distance of 188.64 feet to the east line of the West 405.00 feet of said Government Lot 5 and said center line there terminate. WHEREAS, it appears the above described parcel was not at the time of the application separately described parcels of record; and 'WHEREAS, there does not appear to be any reason relating to the public health, safety and welfare which would require a denial of this simple lot division; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission considered the proposed simple lot division on November 9 , 1981.
