R-81- 83 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 78-29 REGARDING THE <br />USE OF PART OF JAMACA AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 78-29 of the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo required that all that part of Jamaca Avenue North <br />lying South of a line drawn East and West across said Jamaca <br />Avenue North sixty (60) feet south of, and parallel to, an ex- <br />tension of the .northerly line of Lot Three (3), Block four (4), <br />Foxfire Estates remain unimproved and .reserved for emergency use <br />only; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council. of the City of Lake Elmo, upon <br />a petition of the neighbors and a survey of affected property <br />owners, has determined that. Jamaca. Avenue should be improved <br />to City standards and opened for general public use; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, <br />THAT, HENCEFORTH, all of Jamaca Avenue from Jamaca Boulevard <br />in Foxfire Estates to Jane Road North shall be available for <br />general public use. <br />Adopted this 15 day of December, 1981, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />M aynard Eder, Mayor - <br />ATTEST: <br />Laurence E.
