to the public health, safety and welfare which would require a <br />denial of said variance; and <br />WHEREAS, the parcel in question would be unbuildable <br />without the granting of the applied for variance; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo as follows: <br />1.
