R-81-2 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION COMMENDING THOMAS G. ARMSTRONG FOR <br />SERVICE TO THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO, AS A MEMBER OF <br />THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND AS MAYOR <br />OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO. <br />WHEREAS, Thomas G. Armstrong, served the City of Lake Elmo as <br />a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission from 1975 to 1976 <br />and as a member of the City Council from 1977 to 1980; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo wishes to <br />express its appreciation for his sincere creative efforts on behalf <br />of the City of Lake Elmo; and his consistent good humor in the <br />face of adversity; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo; <br />THAT, Thomas G. Armstrong be and is hereby commended for his <br />effort on behalf of the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />THAT, this City Council award a "Certificate of Appreciation <br />to Thomas G. Armstrong for his devotion to the concerns of the City <br />from 1975 to 1980. <br />ADOPTED, this the 6th day of January, 1981, by the City Council, <br />City of Lake Elmo. <br />Ma'--harJ L.
