R 81� 53 <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING INTERFUND AUDIT ADJUSTMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the firm of Moen and Penttila, Ltd., Certified Public <br />Accountants, examined the financial statements of the City of <br />Lake Elmo for the year ending December 31, 1980; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Lake Elmo accepted the resulting <br />audit report submitted by Moen and Penttila, Ltd.; and <br />WHEREAS, Moen and Penttila, Ltd. made certain recommendations in <br />their audit report: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo, County of Washington, State of Minnesota, authorized the <br />following Interfund Audit Adjustments: <br />FUND <br />GENERAL FUND <br />PARK - DEBT SERVICE FUND <br />WATER IMPROVEMENT BOND FUND <br />FLOOD ASSESSMENTS FUND <br />EQUIPMENT CERTIFICATE FUND <br />CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND <br />Totals <br />ADOPTED this the 21st day of July, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />Laurence E.
