0 <br />R-81-63 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, M:INNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION COMMENDING ROBERT WIER AND <br />KENNETH CARROLL FOR THEIR EXTRAORDINARY <br />EFFORTS IN THE ABSENCE OF A MAINTENANCE <br />FOREMAN <br />WHEREAS, the resignation and retirement of <br />Elmer Richert effective August 1, 1.981, left the City <br />without a Maintenance Foreman and the Maintenance Crew <br />one man short for over six weeks; and, <br />WHEREAS, Robert Wier and Kenneth Carroll did an <br />outstanding job of keeping up with the normal work load <br />un.cier difficult circumstances; and, <br />WHEREAS, Robert Wier and Kenneth Carroll organ- <br />ized the work, managed their time, kept up supplies and <br />work orders, and kept the City Administrator informed of <br />their needs and progress without the aid of a Foreman; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the staff and the City Council greatly <br />appreciate these efforts <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />THAT, ROBERT WIER is hereby commended and praised <br />for his extraordinacy efforts on behalf of the citizens of <br />the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />THAT, KENNETH CARROLL is hereby commended and praised <br />for his extraordinary efforts on behalf of the citizens of <br />the City of Lake Elmo, <br />ADOPTED this the 15th. day of September, 1981, by <br />the City Council of fhe City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, <br />Minnesota. <br />ATTEST: <br />aron ro F... <br />LaurencT .pe }• .
