R-81-64 <br />WHEREAS, petitioners find that the assessment <br />formula.does not acknowledge the permanent status of <br />agricultural land in the district and the assessments and <br />formula make it impossible to preserve and protect agri- <br />cultural lands, and, <br />WHEREAS the proposed assessments will cause an un- <br />due and extreme hardship upon landowners and homeowner in <br />the district. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, <br />the Town of West Lakeland, Minnesota, and Washington County, <br />Minnesota, hereby withdraw and dismiss their petition pur- <br />suant to Minnesota Statute 112.48. <br />Adopted this 6th day of October, 1981, by the City <br />Council, City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota <br />Maynar Eder, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Laurence E.
