R-81-67 <br />WHEREAS, the City was not given sufficient notice of its <br />right to appeal the decision of the Variance Committee; and, <br />(. therefore, could not appeal their ruling; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of <br />Transprotation be and is hereby requested to approve the variance <br />for the construction of said streets at a design speed of. 30 mph <br />and authorize state aid funds to participate in said improvements <br />and notify the City of Lake Elmo of its right to appeal any <br />decision and the method to do so. <br />Approved this the 20th day of October, 1981, by the City <br />Council, City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />SIGNED: <br />Flaynar EcYer,'�l�la'ybr" <br />ATTEST: <br />Laurence E.
