R-81-5 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO A STEP I TREATMENT <br />WORKS GRANT FOR THE CITY. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has received an offer <br />from John McQuire, Regional Administrator for the Environ- <br />mental Protection Agency, dated January 27, 1981, in the <br />amount of $46,875.00 for a Step I Treatment Works Grant for <br />said City; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes the State of <br />Minnesota will offer the City 15% of the total project cost. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE', by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo as follows: <br />1. The offer from John McQuire, Regional Administrator <br />of the Environmental Protections Agency, to the City dated <br />January 27, 1981, in the amount of $46,875.00 for Step I <br />Treatment Works Grant be and the same hereby is accepted on <br />condition that the State of Minnesota assume 15% of the pro- <br />ject costs. <br />2. The City Administrator is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute all documents necessary to complete this <br />application and acceptance. <br />3.
