to the public health, safety and welfare which would require <br />a denial of said minor subdivision for said property; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission considered the <br />proposed minor subdivision on November 9, 1981, and recommended <br />the approval thereof with certain conditions; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo as follows: <br />1. The application of George Hedges for a minor sub- <br />division of the above -described parcel is hereby granted subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />A. The above -described parcel shall be incorporated <br />for real estate taxing purposes with the parcel <br />known as Lot 13, OACE ACRES SECOND ADDITION. <br />B.
