R-81-75 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTYP MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE GRANT OFFER FROM THE STATE <br />OF MINNESOTA FOR STEP 1 - FACILITIES PLAN � 201 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has accepted a Federal <br />grant offer for Step 1,, 201, Facilities Plan; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo will complete Step 1 <br />within the schedule approved in that grant offer. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, that it hereby accepts the grant <br />offer from the State of Minnesota in the amount of $9,375 for: <br />17 Step l the preparation of a facilities plan, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Lake Elmo <br />authorizes Laurence E, Whittaker, the designated representative, to <br />sign all documents necessary to the acceptance of this grant offer. <br />Resolution introduced by, Councillor Tess Mottaz <br />Resolution seconded by; Councillor Dave Morgan <br />Vote on Resolution: 5-0 <br />WHEREUPON the above Resolution was adopted at the regular <br />meeting of the Lake Elmo City Council, this the 1st day of December, <br />1981, <br />Signed: <br />x 'e - <br />Mayor 6ffid Chairman of -ity Council <br />ATTEST; <br />
